How can I place an order on your online store? 

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired items, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout, where you'll provide shipping information and payment details.

Is it safe to make a payment on your website? 

Yes, our website employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and payment information. We use encryption technology to ensure secure transactions.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? 

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it enters our processing system, and modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Are there any additional costs, such as taxes or customs duties?

No, all prices listed are the prices you will pay. Shipping is also free unless you decide to upgrade to next day delivery which is an additional £2

What are your shipping costs?

All items are sent free of charge with a tracked 2-3 day service.

There is an optional extra upgrade for a next day service and this costs an additional £2. Please choose this option when checking out if you are in a hurry for delivery.

What is your return policy? 

Our return policy is outlined on our website. Generally, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer here for our return policy for specific details and conditions.

What if my item is damaged or defective? 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Is there a return shipping fee? 

Return shipping fees may apply, and they are typically the responsibility of the customer. Check here for our return policy for details on any applicable fees.

Product Condition

What condition are the items in?

All our products vary in condition, so it is very important you read each item's individual description for details. We also include pictures of any damage to packaging or any defects, so again it is very important to look at these and make sure you are happy with what you are purchasing!

What do the different conditions mean?

We class our products within four different condition categories:

New - Means this is an unopened item and is brand new. It doesn't have any signs of damage to the packaging and is in a perfect condition.

New (Other) - This means it is brand new but may have been opened so the item could be inspected and tested. However, other than the testing we have done, it has not been used. It can also mean that the item is unopened but has some noticeable damage to the packaging. In these cases there will be pictures and a description of any damage.

Like New - This means that the item has been used but is in a nearly new condition and will include any packaging. However the packaging may not be perfect.

Used - The item has been used and there may be signs of use. These items will probably not have any packaging.

Are all items fully working?

Yes, everything is fully tested before it is deemed sellable. We even include brand new batteries if they are required, so you know you can take it out of the box and start using it.

The only things that are NOT tested are brand new unopened items as it would devalue them to open them.

Are Xbox Controllers official controllers?

All of our Xbox controllers are official Xbox Microsoft controllers.

The controllers we sell go through a vigorous testing process and if any parts need replacing they are done so with official parts and NOT 2nd party substitutes.
